J'avais en projet de décorer un miroir avec un petit oiseau, une hirondelle. Lorsque j'ai démonté une vieille imprimante pour papier accordéon, le chariot de traction du papier m'a immédiatement fait penser à un perchoir d'oiseaux - et voilà, au travail!
Le perchoir serait fixé sur le bord intérieur de la partie basse du cadre de façon à ce que les oiseaux se reflètent dans le miroir - ce qui est particulièrement intéressant avec l'hirondelle dont le dos est noir et le ventre blanc.

Avevo il progetto di decorare uno specchio con piccoli uccelli, rondini. Smontando una vecchia stampante per carta continua, ho subito notato che il meccanismo di movimento carta farebbe un ottimo posatoio per uccelli - quindi al lavoro!
Il posatoio sarebbe fissato sul lato interno della parte bassa della cornice in maniera da far riflettere gli uccelli nello specchio - particolarmente interessante poiché le rondini hanno il dosso nero e la pancia bianca.

I had the project to decorate a mirror with a small bird, a swallow. When I took apart an old continuous paper printer, the paper moving mechanism made me think immediately of a bird perch - so, let's get to work!
The perch would be attached to the inside of the lower frame so that the birds reflect in the mirror - this is particularly interesting for the swallows which have black back and white belly.
