Where to write the statement title of the portrait?
“The statue of Liberty is not prisoner of red-tape, it is held together
by red-tape.”
First I wanted to engrave it into the base of the statue. Then came the idea. Since the painting was on a wood panel I probably could place a small wooden lid painted in stone color like the rest of the base and mounted on a small hinge that would open to reveal the statement concealed behind it.

I finished the whole picture by adding many stars of all colors and sizes floating into the blue banner.
